Writing Journal: As I mentioned in a comment earlier this week, I'm still writing. It's just a little bit all over the place. Don't give up on me just yet :) On the plus side, I've taken advantage of the fact that I can't string sentences together to make sure I know the rest of The Adjusters's storyline. Looks like Book XI will be the last one. And the next book will be called The House of the Rising Sun. I'm actually looking forward to it! Now I just need to finish the last 4000 words of Book VI...
Lush Stories is a site that I visit infrequently, mainly because it's difficult for me to find the stories I enjoy within. But once in a while, I take a deep dive, and come up with enjoyable tales. Here's the result of my latest foray. Mostly wife-sharing related, but not exclusively. Also, multi-part stories, because that's always what I prefer.
The Chain Link, by PervyStoryteller: “A mysterious figurine and the lure of experiencing his deepest sexual desires". Interesting idea, a sort of fantasy-enabling chain letter.
Dirty Little Secrets, by PervyStoryteller: “A wife shares her dirty little secret.” The description doesn't say much, but it's a wife that puts on sexy shows on webcam for her husband while he's traveling, and discovers that she has a voyeur perving on her. And she doesn't dislike it.
Erika the Sex Slave by HotStuffPriya: “18 year old college student Erika becomes a sex slave.” What it says on the tin. No deep psychological characterization in this one: it's sex, sex, sex.
Wife Discovers Erotic Photography by TuWatchu: “Wife agrees to pose for boudoir photographs.” Your typical wife-gets-her-eyes-opened-and-her-sexual-horizons-expanded-while-the-hubby-enjoys story. Fun sex scenes.
His Wife, My Toy by PervyStoryteller: “Your wife’s my plaything now, and I don’t let anybody else touch my toys unless I say so.” Not as rough and extreme as I like stories with that setup (and title!) to be, but still pleasurable when you're in the right mood.

Update
The Adjusters #65 is getting delayed a bit because I'm rewriting a scene — I wasn't happy with how it was flowing, and I'm not sure it quite fit psychologically. (Yeah, I worry about those things...) But I think I have a fix for it, which should make it not only better but also easier for the story to segue into the next books.
In the mean time, have a look at Ashley's Campaign by Loerics: “How far will Ashley go to beat her rival?” Some nice scenes in the first five chapters, but things really kick off in chapter 6, where it turns dark quickly.
Ebook-wise, I've enjoyed Kirsten McCurran's series Hot Dates: Becoming a Shared Wife, and Hot Dates 2: Living as a Shared Wife. Well written, and nice ramp up of the heat and the sex. It's up there with the good stuff in shared-wife smut land.

Catching Up With My Reading
Writing Journal: Sometimes it's good that my writing is a bit slow these days. Earlier this evening, I solved a plot problem I did not even know was bothering me, and which should lead to a nice development later on. Even if it doesn't make it into #64, it will make it in #65.
I haven't read much smut over the Holidays; being around family will do that to you. Still, there are a few things I can mention.
A nice series started on the EMCSA a few months ago, Tolerance by Ice Bear: “Introverted college student DJ suddenly realizes the people around him are suddenly being much more accomodating to him.” Guy with MC power goes on a fun spree (at least, up to the point where I've read it). But it's not of the go-into-yer-head-and-plant-commands variety exactly, which is always nice.
Some of what I've read has been in e-books.
Someone in the comments recommended Kenny Wright's Training to Love It. I have it but have not read it yet. I'm keeping it warm for the right weekend. (Part 2 of 3 is now out I see).
I did read Max Sebastian's The Game. This book is more effective for me than his previous ones—it's a bit darker, for once, which I enjoy in my smut. Sebastian's writing generally leaves me a little bit cold, I do not know why. But he has been more to my tastes lately, and this one keeps in the progression.
And in case you worry I'm striving too far on the hotwife theme in my reading, don't worry. I've greatly enjoyed the first book in Charles Arnold's The Penitent series. It is deliciously (sometimes disgustingly) twisted in places, and hits a lot of buttons I have. I've read Book 1 of 4, and if the rest of the series remains faithful to the first one, I'll be a happy puppy.
Maybe I need a slogan to close off my blog posts. Ain't that what the cool kids are doing these days? Keep on smuttin'. Nah...

Mister Gabe
Writing Journal: The Adjusters #61 progressing well. Mostly resisting the urge to just toss everything into the first installment of Book VI. Patience, little grasshopper.
Haven't been reading a whole lot of smut lately—it's summer, and it's nice and warm outside. Plus nothing seems to really be grabbing my attention. Which is a bit sad.
Though I notice that Dainii has been revising and reuploading his (unwarranted assumption) story Mister Gabe on Literotica. It was first posted a few years back, and left incomplete. The author suggests that he wrote himself into a bit of a narrative cul-de-sac. This revision is meant to fix the problem. We'll see what happens. In the meantime, it's a crazy story about a guy who gets bamboozled into giving up his wife to a super-dominant man, only to develop a pretty dominant streak of his own. Warning: some incest. (Okay, fine: lots of incest.)

Two Ebooks Writers
Writing Journal: Laying out the foundations for Book VI of The Adjusters, which will start coming out August 1st. (I'm giving myself a bit of a break to reload my buffers, trying to avoid the problems that plagued me during Book V.) Tentative title for Book VI: Hell Hath No Fury.
I haven't been reading as much lately. Actually, that's not entirely true. The reality is that little has really grabbed me, which is a bit of a bummer. But it probably reflects where my mind is at these days.
Flip side, my inability to find anything to catch my attention smut-wise online has sent me exploring what's available as ebooks, and there I did find some stuff that was interesting.
As you may have picked up on by now, one of the many kinks that I enjoy reading about is wife sharing — partly because it's a perfect playground for power play, which really is one of the main things I like reading about. I ran across two authors that write in the genre, and write some pretty good stories.
First up: Kenny Wright, several books available, many full-length novels, hot, and ending happily. I've greatly enjoyed Dreaming of Another and especially Ian's Obsession. Really well done. And very hot. Looking forward to reading the rest of his work.
Second up: Ben Boswell. His Two Sides of Terri is just fantastic: “Bill has just about the perfect life. Good paying job. Lovely home. Perfect children. And most of all, he has his wife Terri—smart, funny, great with the kids. Thing is, she's a good girl trapped in a bad girl's body. Blonde, busty, and devastatingly beautiful, she makes him want to do dirty things—things you don't admit to wanting from the girl-next-door. Or so he thought. It starts with a revelation about Chucky, a past boyfriend, and everything he thought he knew about his sweet wife unravels. He becomes obsessed with learning more about this other side of Terri--and everything he learns points back to Chucky, a man she couldn't say no to. Does he dare invite her past back into their present? And if he did, would she now be able to say no?” Fuck yeah, is all I can say.
As I meander more in the world of ebooks, I'll post my discoveries. If you find something you yourself enjoy, please feel free to post a comment. As you know, I'm always happy for recommendations.
If you don't care about paying for your smut, and you're in a bit of a dark mood, check out Jack08180 on SOL. Older stories, and not the most subtle, but some very hot scenes in there. I particularly enjoyed The Camera: “Follow the adventures of a digital camera as it makes its way around a highschool. A story of love, lust, betrayal and lots of sex.”

Hodgepodge of Stories
Writing Journal: Looks like The Adjusters #59 will be delayed until next weekend—still some work to do on it. Thanks for your patience.
I've been pondering why the stories in Book V have been so much more difficult to write than the previous ones, and I think it's because the way I set things up, every story in Book V is essentially its own unit, and there's a fair amount of context-switching overhead every time I start a new one. For previous books, aside from book transitions, everything in an installment essentially flowed from the previous one, and I could ride the wave. Here, not so much.
Thankfully, Book V is almost done. Only one more installment after #59. And you can all guess whom it's about, since there's only one character we haven't really seen in V yet...
To keep you entertained during the wait, here are stories that I've caught my attention this past month.
Jaycuck has started a new story, Ripples in a Cuckolds Pond: “Nick, Nicole, and David - A Beginning.” A follow-up to his The One Less Traveled By which I thoroughly enjoyed. This is looks promising, since David looks to be much more dominant and forceful than Colin ever was.
I should also note that Jaycuck has a book out on Smashwords, Shattered Crystal, that seems to hit some interesting themes. I've only read the 20% free sample, and I'm on the fence. I'll probably eventually buy it: “Tim and Crystal were blissfully happy together, until Shane moved into their trailer park. The outlaw biker was mysterious, a little dangerous, and ruggedly handsome. Crystal was instantly fascinated by his sexy body and no-holds-barred lifestyle. Shane was happy to fulfill their sexual fantasies…and then introduce Crystal to the steamy world of stripping, Meth addiction, and drug trafficking!”
Into the Deep by One2many: “Prim and proper wife begins lusty journey into slutdom.” As the description says. Some nice idea in this first chapter. Promising.
Marin's Tale by Jawanaut: “A little bit of background.” The Literotica description says nothing. But it's the usual setup: husband want his wife to fool around with others, and she agrees. As of now, pretty well done, if fast. Promising.
User Friendly by Interstitial: “Sara signs up for a three month test of a new high-tech entertainment product prototype. The money is good – but what exactly is the product?” A straight up mind-control story that gets in fast and remains hot throughout. Very well done.
Dreamscape by Darbreslo: “A young scientist is enlisted to create a mind altering drug.” A bit of a slow start, but a very promising setup.
Comments Are Enabled by Villanova: “A girl makes a video, and it has unwelcome consequences.” Twisted, and I'm not sure where the author can go with this, but I love the idea.

Update on The Adjusters #58
It should drop this weekend—a couple of things I need to make sure I get right.
In the meantime, to remain in the spirit of the wife sharing stories I've been pointing out these last few weeks (it's my mood these days, I guess), I'll note that Xleglover has finally pushed the concluding chapter of his long long saga that started back when with He Fucked My Girl and just ended with Life After We. The story as a whole is pretty good, with some delightfully hot scenes—though I admit that it sort of dips there in the middle. And I would have loved to see a bit more dominant behavior from that guy Clint at the end.
If wife sharing's not your cup of joe, then have a look at The Bitch, by Mister NiceGuy: “Boy meets girl. Girl is gorgeous. Boy is a nerd. Boy asks girl out. Boy is rejected. Boy plots revenge. But when he gets the perfect chance to take that revenge, he can't do it. What she gives him, ultimately, is far more worthwhile.” It's so clearly wish fulfillment that it borders on parody, but there's a story, and there's sex, and the grammar is decent. (Yes, I know, my bar is low.)

Fly-By Blogging
Writing Journal: Still writing :)
Quick post tonight. A reader sent me this link to a story on Literotica that I had not come across and that is indeed quite good:
It Didn't Work Out, by -Ripley-: “Husband pushes his wife to explore her lesbian fantasies.” Wife sharing of a different kind, and a story that took me by surprise because it went in a direction that I did not expect. Some very hot scenes (if you like F/F sex), and a rather touching underlying romantic story. All in all, I'm quite pleased. The rest of this author's work seems quite interesting as well.
Thanks for the recommendation!

Some Wife Sharing Stories
Writing Journal: Steady progress on The Adjusters #58. I got three scenes pretty well mapped out, though I figured out a fix for what was bugging me in the third and last scene only a few days ago, after much of the scene had already been written out.
A few interesting stories have accumulated in my to post folder since the Holidays. In no particular order:
Sharing Melissa's Mouth, by TessMackenzie: “He wants to watch her give another man a blowjob.” There's a sequel, Sharing Melissa: “Watching her have sex with another man.” Good hot stories, and I really really love the dialog, which flows seamlessly and does so much heavy lifting that I'm slightly envious.
Talking It Up With Jill, by Jack7: “I tell Jill about my fantasy of men mating with her.” Actually an old story, which saw an update a few weeks ago. Some nice scenes.
Shifting to Lushstories, we have Always Faithful, by BobNbobbi: “Married secretary's birthday gift to her boss.” Slow moving, with a sort of lyrical quality that might get on people's nerves after a while, but some of the kinks in it are way up my alley.

Three Stories
Writing Journal: Happy progress on The Adjusters #56. Funny how those things go, really: #55 was tough to write, even though the plot was actually pretty simple, while #56 is much easier, even though the plot is a bit more involved. That sound you don't hear is me shaking my head in dismay.
Taking a second for some drive-by posting.
This month I've been following two stories, one of which ended a week or so ago.
Over at Literotica, favorite author Thadsgood wrapped up a steamy story Briana's Basic Nature: “Bree begins to rediscover her true nature.” Typical Thadsgood. Hot, twisted, and punching you right in the stomach.
Over at Storiesonline, Hush has a Master PC story with some nice scenes, Master PC: A Firm Hand: “Harper McLain liberates a copy of the Master PC program from his depraved neighbor who had used it to turn his wife into a mindless sex toy. After returning her to the way she was and erasing all evidence of his neighbor's actions, can Harper make good on his promise to rid himself of the program forever?” I like the notion of a reluctant controller, or at least one that attempts to resist his baser impulses. This is ongoing.
Finally, a fantastic story over at the EMCSA, User Friendly, by Zrorrim50: “Sara signs up for a three month test of a new high-tech entertainment product prototype. The money is good – but what exactly is the product?” Pretty girl brainwashed without her knowledge, but in full view. That story is the perfect length, and the perfect pace.

Perversions and Transgressions
Writing Journal: Earlier this week, it came to me in a flash of daydreaming: the perfect way to end The Adjusters #50, and it had been staring me in the face the whole time! So I've been busily rewriting the last scene. Not much that needs changing, happily. And the approach has the advantage of solving one of my plot problems for #51, tentatively called “The Craven-Wilford Institute, Revisited”.
I don't remember who it was that suggested I check out the movie American Mary, but I finally did, and it was excellent (for the style and budget). The fact that Katherine Isabelle is simply adorable doesn't hurt at all. So thanks for the recommendation.
(While I was at it, I checked out Nurse 3D as well, and that one didn't quite grab my attention as much, even though it was much more openly sexually in-your-face. Paz de la Huerta is entirely creepy in it—great for the movie, not so great for my libido—but Katrina Bowden makes up for it in sheer innocent sexiness. The acting is abysmal, though. I can't in good faith recommend it unless you want a good laugh.)
I am not one to judge people's sexual fantasies. Live and let live, and all that. Not to mention how hypocritical that'd be of me, I mean—come on! But once in a while, I am surprised. I guess I should know better. I've read a lot of wife-sharing stories, where the sharing is consensual or non-consensual on either part of the couple, but I've only recently realized that there's a sub-community where the wife-sharing occurs when the wife (or girlfriend, or whatever) is unconscious.
Tonight's story is about that, and it delves into the fetish in a pretty gripping way. It's Perversions and Transgressions, by Over Stimulated: “He watches his girlfriend taken in her sleep.” Nicely written, and with some pretty amazingly hot sex, considering one member of the fornicating couple is knocked out.
(You know, it's only now that I've written this down that my brain figures it's the right time to remind me that the Jenn/Gutierrez “encounter” in The Adjusters #42 happens while Jenn is unconscious, at least from Gutierrez's perspective. Sigh... Sometimes, it's blinders all the way down.)

A Story by Thadsgood
Writing Journal: I find myself without a good sex scene for The Adjusters #51, the epilogue of Book IV. I hate when that happens.
Not much to report. Work and writing keeping me busy.
Ran across an interesting story on Literotica, one that shows where my mind's been lately. It's Erin's World, by Thadsgood: “How I got to be a hotwife.” The description says it all. Some hot and particularly kinky sex. And I love the inevitable foreshadowing.
(Also: the comments in the Loving Wives section of Literotica are hilarious. It's like some folks take the stories so seriously it hurts.)

(Also: the comments in the Loving Wives section of Literotica are hilarious. It's like some folks take the stories so seriously it hurts.)

Update on The Adjusters #41
Hi folks. Bad news. I've got to head out for the weekend, so I won't be able to make the Saturday night posting of The Adjusters #41. I should be back for Tuesday, so the posting is tentatively scheduled for later that night.
Thanks for your patience.
In the meantime, here's the long tale of a wife that discovers her exhibitionist tendencies, and the trouble it brings her marriage: Modeling Contract, by Bonnietaylor.

Two Wife/Girlfriend-Watching Stories
Writing Journal: Not much to report. Bit of a creative block this week—writing more difficult than usual. So plowing ahead slowly with The Adjusters #42, and finishing a scene for #40. Bit by bit.
Two stories of the wife/girlfriend-watching variety this week.
Spying on My Girlfriend Being Seduced By Her Father's Friend, by Starman2345: “He watches a middle-aged man seduce his girlfriend.” Pretty much as the exceedingly detailed title says. The sex is hot, and the father's friend is just obnoxious enough.
Risking Judy, by Chris Seagate: “Boss pursues his employee's young wife.” An interesting tale. Sex aplenty, and a protagonist you want to smack upside the head, but hey, that's all part of the fun, ain't it?

Weekend Stories
Writing Journal: Midway through The Adjusters #39. It really wants to be longer than a single installment, and I'm loath to break it up. It'll need some serious work to chop it down to size. Thankfully, I overwrite like crazy, so it shouldn't be too difficult. Oh, and I think I got the title for Book IV: Running to Stand Still.
Sadly, I've found little on the EMCSA that has grabbed my attention lately. I'm not entirely sure why. It may just be a mood thing.
I had high hopes for Isn’t It Good, His Morning Wood, by Only A. Passenger: “At the beginning, Mark isn’t sure if he suffers or enjoys certain side-effects of the medical trial he’s taking part in. It doesn’t take long before he’s determined to enjoy them, very much—if he can figure out how to control it all, that is.” But I just can't get into it. The writing's a bit too... I don't know... odd for my taste right now. Don't get me wrong, it's well written. Maybe that's it—it's too well written. Very metaphorical, almost ethereal. Have a look and judge for yourself, as it may just be up your alley.
On the flip side, Rikimaru posted the last chapter of their story In Heat which I talked about before. A nice ending to a nice story.
Over on Literotica, we have a sweet short mind-control story, Compromised, by Ironiclaconic: “Save your marriage or your money back.” I really love the idea underlying this story, and it's a lot sweeter than what I usually point you to. Just to show you that I'm not all angst all the time.
There's also a new wife-sharing story I'm following, The Convention, by Feverman. No official description, but the author says, “The Convention is a hard-core, wife-watching novella that eventually involves corruption, attempted blackmail, betrayal, revenge and heaping helping of forbidden sex of various kinds.” I know, right? Who can resist that? To be fair, knowing the author, I doubt it's going to go that dark, but I've still got my hopes up. (The author also has another story with a similar theme, although with no threat of blackmail or corruption, The Week.)

The Adjusters Book II on the EMCSA
Writing Journal: So I'm almost finished drafting The Adjusters #37 and I have #38 pretty much outlined except for the sex scene, so I'm hopeful that I can have those two last installments for Book III squared away by the middle of the month. (That's important to me because having a couple of installments in the can means that even if writing goes more slowly than expected in any given month it doesn't actually impact the one-installment-a-month policy I have. Makes sense?) That's also good because it gives me more time to figure out how to approach #39 and beyond.
As some of you may have noticed, I've started to put up Book II of The Adjusters on the EMCSA, revising bits of it as I go.
It's a huge temptation to rewrite large swats of it, and I'm resisting the impulse. I am correcting typos and small problems that some of you have noticed, but I'm trying hard to keep my rewrites to a minimum. (Although I messed with #12 yet again.) When I get a moment, I'll propagate those changes to ASSTR as well.
Man, looking at it two years after having written and posted it, bits of the story are very rough... I'm impressed the lot of you stayed with me for the duration!
This weekend, I'm going to talk about the big picture for the series, the post I promised you when I started posting Book III.
Until then, I leave you with two wife-sharing stories on Literotica. Not out of this world, but some good stuff there if you like the genre.
The Wife's Little Game, by Quin, the story of a man who encourages his wife to seduce a neighbor. Well done, and some hot teasing sex, which is my criterion for judging such things.
Webcam Wife, by Thick7in1972, the story of a man who discovers his wife has a webcam show, and who gently drives her to open up to him sexually. I prefer the first half of the story to the second half, but there are some very nice scenes in there.

Three Wife-Sharing Stories
Writing Journal: Reception of The Adjusters #34 seems to have been mixed—and part of the issue seems to be the change of direction of Book III. The discussion in the comments is particularly enlightening. I think I'm going to have to write a post on my vision at some point, as far as there is one... Aside from that, writing is progressing—#35 is drafted, and #36 and #37 (the end of Book III) are sketched out and parts of them are written. And I think I also figured out this year's Christmas Special—wasn't sure I'd do one, because I wasn't sure I had an idea for it or the time to write it, but I may be able to finagle something. Much more relevant from my perspective, it's something that I wanted to write at some point anyways...
Haven't had much time to read this week—and in fact, my schedule will probably be busy until the Holidays, and so don't be surprised if I restrict my postings to the weekends.
I've mostly been reading wife-sharing stories lately. Don't know why. The kick gets me once in a while. Some of it has to do with understanding the psychology of the fetish—it both calls to me and bother me. (Other fetishes are less ambiguous, as far as I'm concerned. Mind control: good, Nonconsensual: good, humiliation: good, incest: mostly good, scat: bad, snuff: mostly bad, etc.)
Anyways. I will dissert about the topic later. In particular, distilling the various classifications, from cuckold stories to cheating stories to wife-sharing stories, each interesting for various reasons. For now, here are some stories on the subject that have now or in the past held my attention—I guess you might call them wife-sharing stories, given the attitude of the folks involved.
First off, RGJohn's Brian's Sweet Slut. “Man encourages wife to take a lover.” A rather classic wife-sharing set-up, without too much baggage: man wants his wife to take a lover, and throws her in the path of one. Descriptions are hot, so is the sex. But nothing particularly kinky.
A bit more out there is Joatser's Don't Ask, Don't Tell: “Hubby's fantasies come true, to his delight and dismay.” That one involves still a husband that wants his wife to take a lover, but here the husband is not entirely ready for the full consequences of his actions, but the wife takes to it like a fish to water. The set-up here has some kink to it, especially the communication between the new lover and the husband. This story falls on this side of the careful-what-you-wish-for line. And yeah, once again, the wife is pretty hot.
Finally, E. Z. Riter's My Boss' Slut: “She wants a baby, her husband's boss wants to give it to her.” In this one, no secrets, nothing happening under the table, but the wife recognizes that she's a submissive, and lets another man than her husband be her dom. This story has not a lot of fat on it, and wastes no time with deep psychological insights. But if you're into control, it's a good one. And yeah, the sex: hot.
Any other story in that space that I haven't talked about yet?
