Moving to Blogger

After maintaining my own blog (of a sort) over at ASSTR, I finally decided to move on to a dedicated blogging architecture. Let's just say that my homegrown set of Perl scripts was starting to frighten me. Thus, this new blog, with a spiffy new title, Smutty Footnotes. One day, I may even understand just what the title means.

So who am I? Several things, most of which utterly irrelevant to you, except for me being a smut writer. Yes, I write sex stories. And not the pink, fluffy kind either. My tastes often run towards submission, teasing, humiliation, blackmail, and mind control, stories in which, to quote a favorite author, there is a "certain amount of sexual activity in which the issue of consent is somewhat blurred". If you lack maturity, or have difficulty with the meaning of the word fiction, this blog ain't for you. So please consider yourself warned, and don't come whining.

That said, my intent here is two-fold. First, to bring to light some interesting online authors and stories that I run across in my eternal quest for the perfect smut piece, and second, to publish my own stories, most of which end up archived at ASSTR, and a few other places.
