Miscellaneous Stories

The usual writing update: I'm 1600 words in The Adjusters #18, and it's progressing on track. Thanks to everyone that made suggestions as to what could happen to Serena and Kyra in that episode. It's very helpful. And you folks are just my kind of twisted people! Meanwhile, I'm also revising #13 which will come out with next Wednesday's post. (Yes, in case you haven't noticed, I'm aiming for two posts a week, on Wednesdays and Saturdays. We'll see how long that last!)

Nothing specific to talk about today, so let me just do a quick round up of interesting smut I've run across or was reminded of this week.

First, to remain within the domain of blackmail stories, there's this great continuing story on Storiesonline by Minty, Callie's Downfall: "My life was great. 17, and I had the cutest girlfriend you could ever imagine. All we needed was an extra bit of money for a prom dress. Unfortunately it got Callie into a whole heap of trouble with her losing her innocence in a big way in the process." Great characterization, great writing, all around hot stuff. Have a read. 28 chapters, and more to go. (The author has taken a bit of a hiatus on this story, but says he will be returning to it, so I have great hopes.)

Second, another blackmail story, this time by Linda Jean at Literotica, A Wedding Day to Remember, in three parts: "Young bride gets used by everyone." Short and to the point, but a lot of rather nasty sex in that one, and worth reading if that's your cup of tea. While you're at it, look at the rest of Linda Jean's stories, there are some other doozies.

Baphomet posted his final chapter of The Landlord.

Finally, a straightforward but still twisted tale by SmithPortinoi over at Literotica, Nerd's Rewards: "Geek boy takes advantage of mistaken identity and scores." There are some amazing scenes in there. I particularly loves the one where Larry, the said geek boy, fucks Jessica in front of her sleeping boyfriend.

  1. Not to run this into the ground, but after thinking some more I think that Biff getting it on with Jenn would be a big turn-off. It's just so harsh; I don't like the idea (in addition to the other issues I've mentioned).
I know it's not fair to criticize stuff that hasn't come out yet, but I hope you can tell your story without that happening.

If I can make another request or two: say BIff messed up in conditioning Jenn and it doesn't always work. You could have a great scene where Cindy is in control. She wants Daniel badly and now, hey, Jenn's suddenly much more amenable!
Also, I'd love to see Daniel dominate Jenn and her mom at the same time.

  2. @Anon Please feel free to run this into the ground. As long as discussion is civil, I'm more than happy to chat. But all I can say is give me a chance to tell the story the way it happened (because it's already happened, somewhere in my head, I'm just reporting on the events.) As I said at some point, let's get to episode #25, the end of Book II, and we've all recovered from the WTF-just-happened?, we can discuss and see what worked and what didn't, and see where things go from there. (Because no, the story doesn't end at #25...)

And I like your ideas. And they're triggering a few of my own too, so win all around. Daniel dominating both Jenn and her mom at the same time would be wicked fun to write!

Also, and this is completely unrelated, or maybe not, I just finished watching tonight's episode of Shameless (the American version), and I think I'm in love with Emmy Rossum...

  3. Oops -- meant to write "... and *when* we've all recovered from the WTF-just-happened?". Damn this inability to edit comments.

  4. I'm more worried I won't have the desire to continue reading if Biff has his way with Jenn. Feels like a deal-breaker in my head - with the caveat of admitting I don't know where you're going with it, it feels unnecessary.

Funny to say about a MC-dom story, but it's just too much; you clearly do not like Biff, so doing that to a character you _do_ like seems rough - especially given that Daniel's non-reaction in #12 was unbelievable. No insult meant, but it felt like something that happened for the plot and not something the characters would do.

As an aside, when do you think you'll be done with this book?

And if you do write the Daniel-on-Jenn-and-mom, may I request corsets or bikinis? Or two scenes, one each?

  5. @Anon I understand. As a way to calibrate your worries, whatever happens, the story does not degenerate into a "The Humiliation of Jane" or even a "Grace's Hard Lessons". That's not what I'm in this for. (Although part of my goal is to explore how people react to having power over other people. I haven't gotten to that yet.)

And I do really love Jenn. Do keep that in mind. I'm a sadistic bastard, but even I have my principles. I don't necessarily dislike Biff -- he's just a tad one-dimensional. There are people like that. He's kindda fun to write at times.

We'll solve the Daniel-WTF-in-#12 in due time. But I hear you about the unbelievability. I may revise that episode at some point.

When will I be done with this book? Good question. Depends a bit on what you mean by book here. Book II proper goes to #25 according to my outline. (Which tends to fluctuate as the writing progresses.) So at the rate at which I write and post, about a year out. But the story continues. Book III and beyond I have rough outlines for until the story runs its course and I close off with the concluding episodes. (Which were written almost before any of the others, Babylon-5 style.) After all, we haven't even gotten to why the series is called The Adjusters yet!

    Corsets & bikinis -- I like that a lot. *A lot*

  6. Just to voice the other side, I'm quite looking forward to Biff dominating Jenn as long as long as it doesn't get too darkly humiliating (but that doesn't match the vibe of the story anyways)
